Design Services
Please refer to our business policies for our terms for design services and packages.
Account Registration (Managed Hosting)
Sapphire Vizion LLC will create an account on the user’s behalf. By having us create their account they agree that they are of legal age (18 years or older) to be purchasing Sapphire Vizion LLC’s service. The user agrees that if they are purchasing the services on someone’s behalf that the third party is made aware and are also bind to the agreements listed on this page.
The user is responsible give Sapphire Vizion LLC accurate and updated contact information for them to be able to contact The user about their account at any given time.
Ownership of Website and Domain
The user owns all rights to the website, its content and domain name once they are paid for in full. If the user grants Sapphire Vizion LLC permission to purchase their domain name on their behalf there is a service fee (included in the Managed Hosting pricing). The user is responsible to pay their managed hosting renewal fee in time to ensure that they don’t lose ownership of the domain or their website.
Domain Registration
Sapphire Vizion LLC will register and handle the users’ domain registration on their behalf. There is a yearly renewal fee (included in the Managed Hosting fee) and should be paid before the end of the month the domain was first registered each year. If the user’s bill is not paid before the renewal date they are at risk of losing their domain name. Sapphire Vizion LLC remind you of upcoming renewals at least two weeks before due. If the user is not able to pay for their renewals on time they will be charged a late fee for us to keep your domain registered.
Hosting
Managed Hosting fees are paid yearly. The renewal fee should be paid before the ends of the month the plan was purchased each year. If the users’ bill is not paid before the renewal date, their website is at risk of being taken down automatically. Sapphire Vizion LLC will be sure to remind the user of renewals at least two weeks before. If the user is not able to pay for your renewals on time, a late fee will be charged.
Website Transfers
If the user requests that their domain or website be transferred to Sapphire Vizion LLC to manage their must be access to the user’s current hosting account to do a full backup. We keep all information and credentials confidential. Please note there is no guarantee for the full success and how long it will take to make the transfer as all hosting companies are structured differently and we may not be able to extract ALL the necessary data to make the transfer.
Sapphire Vizion LLC Content
All content on this website (https://sapphirevizion.com/) including designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, audio and other files, are the property of Sapphire Vizion LLC and may not be modified, copied, distributed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, sold or exploited for any purpose in any form or by any means.
User/Client Content
The user may upload, store, publish, display and distribute information, text, photos, videos and other content through Sapphire Vizion LLC’s services. User Content refers to any content that the user posts on their website. The user alone is responsible for all User Content and activities conducted on their website. They agree and ensure Sapphire Vizion LLC that they have all the right to use all User Content on their website.
The user also gives Sapphire Vizion LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use the User Content as needed in order to provide their services to them. Sapphire Vizion LLC does not have any right to User Content outside of this. Sapphire Vizion LLC has no control or desire to control User Content, but reserves the right to remove any User Content added through their services if they believe it is in violation of any of their policies.

Third-Party Websites
Sapphirevizion.com may contain links to other websites not controlled or owned by Sapphire Vizion LLC. They are not responsible for any issues with Third-Party Websites accessed through this website.
Website Security
Sapphire Vizion LLC is responsible for the users’ website security once we manage their website. This would include, but is not limited to, keeping all passwords secured, keeping WordPress and plugins updated and backing up your website. All measures will be put in place to keep the user’s website protected.
With that said, it is important to note that things can go wrong. Hackers and users with malicious intent are constantly evolving their tactics to cause harm. In any such case the user understand that Sapphire Vizion LLC will do what’s needed to keep their website secure and /or to get your website back on track. The user agree not to use this as an opportunity to cause problems between them and Sapphire Vizion LLC in any way, shape or form. Rather both parties work to resolve the issue as smoothly and as soon as possible.
SEO Services
Sapphire Vizion LLC offers on-page SEO services under certain website packages and will work with the user to get the best result possible. Please note the getting 100% score every time may not be possible.
Web Mail
The Web Mail services are basic but do what they were designed to do which is to send and receive emails. If you want to use a different service (such as Gmail or Yahoo Mail) and keep your professional email, please contact us. Sapphire Vizion LLC will forward your email. Any other emails after that will require a service fee.
Invoice Disputes
The user has 30 days to dispute an invoice if an issue arises or they have paid already. Proof of payment must be presented in the case of such claims.
Cancellation of Service
The user has the right to cancel using Sapphire Vizion LLC services through email or via phone call at any time, once Sapphire Vizion LLC is properly compensated for services used by the user up to that point. They can request to cancel their managed hosting services with Sapphire Vizion LLC immediately and have their website transferred to a new hosting provider (at a service fee) or keep their managed hosting until the current year subscription is up.
Termination
Sapphire Vizion LLC reserves the right to terminate the user’s services with us, without warning, if the user refuse to make payment for renewal of any services by the due date; if the user is found to be in violation of any policy or being apart of any illegal activity. The user will no refunds if you are found in violation of any of the above mentioned. WE MAY DELETE USER CONTENT, USER WEBSITE AND DATA RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT THIS POINT.
Price Variation
Sapphire Vizion LLC reserves the right to update prices to any services at any time for any reason they see fit.
Damages
Sapphire Vizion LLC has the experience and capability to design & create a fully functioning website. Sapphire Vizion LLC will not be responsible for any damages caused, by the user or any third party, to the website after it is tested, approved and launched if the user had Sapphire Vizion LLC create it. The success of the user’s website to bring in profit is the sole responsibility of the user through marketing, online ads, SEO and any other means they see fit.
Third-Party Vendors
If the user uses a third-party vendor, for any changes or services pertaining to their website, their policies may vary from Sapphire Vizion LLC’s. Sapphire Vizion LLC will not be liable for any issues the user may have with these third-party vendors. Sapphire Vizion LLC is not responsible for any issues with any third-party services.
Refusal of Service
Sapphire Vizion LLC does not promote hate, intolerance, pornography, animal exploitation, or any other unethical practice. Sapphire Vizion LLC reserves the right to decline to do business with any client for any reason.
Disclaimer
Sapphire Vizion LLC is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We offer no warranties for the services offered.
Acceptance of Terms
By doing business with Sapphire Vizion LLC, they user gives consent that they have read, understood and agrees to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Backups and Data Loss
The user uses these services at their own risk. Sapphire Vizion LLC will backup the website on a regular basis. The user are solely responsible for all content and data on their website.
