Business Policies

By doing business with Sapphire Vizion LLC you are in agreement with these policies:

PAYMENT POLICIES

Our services all have set pricings and a 100% deposit is required before any project is started.

If you are looking to start an ongoing business relationship with Sapphire Vizion LLC this can be discussed to do a 50% deposit at start and 50% at competition (starts after at least 2 projects).

PRICING POLICIES

Our pricings are for graphic design services and entitle the purchaser to a copy of the approved end product/design in the following formats upon request: JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIFF & others. All formats are “As a copy” and non-layered. The only exceptions are for vector logos and for t-shirt designs for screen printing that consist of more than one color.

Sapphire Vizion LLC reserves the rights to all designs. If the purchaser would like to obtain the source files for a purchased design the may inquire for our fees to do so. The pricings will give the purchaser partial or full rights to the design depending on their preference.

IMPORTANT: Sapphire Vizion LLC uses and adds all end product/design to the website portfolio for marketing purposes. If you prefer the design not be displayed (for example sensitive content) please contact us with a valid reason. A fee may be required.

Sapphire Vizion LLC reserves the right to update prices to any services at any time for any reason we see fit.

LATE FEE POLICIES

A late fee will be charged on the remaining balance if payments are not made within 15 days of the project completion or invoice due date.

If a projects is completed and the outstanding balance is not paid within three (3) months we will no longer be held responsible for any of the project files. After this period the project files may be deleted immediately as it will be considered abandoned.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

If a projects is canceled before it is started you can claim a full refund (any transaction fee is paid out of the amount paid).

If a projects is canceled after the projects is started a fee will be charge according to how much work was done.

No refunds for projects that have gone through 2 or more drafts.

APPROVED DESIGN

After a project is approved the purchaser gets the product in the formats mentioned above. ALL DRAFTS not approved are the property of Sapphire Vizion LLC and are and restricted from being used expect during the project process to get an approved design.

Any errors that need to be corrected (for example with spelling or content error) after an approved project will be fixed free of charge.

Sapphire Vizion LLC uses and adds information/content sent as is. Spell check is not always reliable. Sapphire Vizion LLC trusts that you are sending in the information for your project as you want on your design. In the case an error on an approved design gets printed, Sapphire Vizion LLC will not be held responsible for the damages, unless we handled printing. Please help to ensure that the end products is 100% accurate.

A service fee will be charged if any major design changes are required after a design is approved.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Sapphire Vizion LLC works diligently to get website projects completed for review, according to the timeline agreement. If a client is not able to give all required information in time, they are expected to give us a valid reason for the delay in a timely manner. Website projects that go on hold for over two weeks with no explanation will be considered late and late fees will apply.
